Holiday weekends are a great time to buy a new or used vehicle.  The fact that shoppers have so much extra time will make it easier to make a car purchase.  I have documented a three or four day strategy to buy a vehicle in my Memorial Day Sales 2012 article so you might want to read up on that before car shopping in the month of November 2012.  In fact, it would be a great resource to read anytime you may be looking for a new vehicle.

When looking to buy a Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, Nissan or Jeep it would be smart to look at the many options available.  Although the auto industry has consolidated over the last few years there are still dozens of popular models to choose from.  Rather than assuming that a Ford Focus or Honda Accord is the only sedan option check out models from Hyundai, Audi, BMW and Kia as well.  You might be surprised to find that some of the foreign auto makers offer a quality product at a very low price.  You may also find that you are offered huge incentives to buy from them.  Some of these foreign car makers are offering long term warranties (sometimes 10 years) and a significant amount of money for a trade in.  Do not be surprised to see 125% or 150% of Kelley Blue Book value of your trade in.

When buying any type of vehicle it is sometimes a good idea to bring your calculator along.  Dealerships may try to cut the corners by offering $2500 for any trade-in while others may offer 125% of Kelley Blue Book.  Make sure to figure out which numbers work best for you.  There are a number of great financial calculators online that should help you better recognize what deal is best.  Do not get fooled by the car salesman who is punching in numbers to make them work in favor of the car dealership.

Veterans Day Appliance Sales 2012

When making an appliance purchase most people are willing to wait until they absolutely need the appliance.  If an appliance breaks down and you do not have the cash then you will likely seek a quick replacement on Craigslist or another classified ad website.  If you are looking to upgrade appliances like a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, washer & dryer or dishwasher then there is a good chance that you have been planning this for quite some time.  Most people do not go out and just buy brand new appliances on a whim.  One of the main reasons that they do not do this is because they have to get rid of their old appliances.

Some companies like Lowes, Best Buy and Home Depot will deliver your new appliances and take away the old ones.  Note that there is often a delivery fee and there is sometimes a fee to take your appliances away as well.  During Veterans Day Appliance sales in 2012 you may be able to get a deal where the company will take the appliances for free.  Finding free shipping can be quite difficult so expect to pay between $50 and $100 to have the items shipped.

Even though this seems like a lot of money it will be well worth it if you want to stay healthy.  Throwing around a washer and dryer is not easy.  It would be worth it to spend the extra $100 to have someone else do it so you can avoid the physical problems.  If you have bad knees or a bad back then there is no reason to try to lift up an appliance by yourself.  Some of these appliances can be well over 150 pounds.  This is too heavy for multiple people to left no less one.

I have mentioned many times that local furniture and appliance stores will be having major sales around the holidays so it might be smart to take advantage.  If you know that a local appliance store will be going out of business in the near future you could end up getting a new refrigerator or dishwasher at 50% off.  Note that Sears tends to offer 30% off its Kenmore appliance line during major holiday sales events.  Look for this offer to be available during Veterans Day and Black Friday weekend.

One of the largest outlet malls in the state of Detroit is the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets.  This shopping experience offers stores like Banana Republic Factory Store, BCBGMAXAZRIA Factory Outlet, Calvin Klein Company Store, Chico’s Outlet, Coach Factory, DKNY, J.Crew, Lacoste Outlet and Lord & Taylor Outlet.  With this being one of the most popular outlet mall locations in the Detroit area it is imperative that you think about parking options.  Luckily, there is plenty of parking but this does not mean that you won’t have to drive around to find a great spot on Black Friday morning.

When Will Best Buy, WalMart and Target Black Friday Sales Ads Come Out in 2012?

Each and every year shoppers patiently await the leaked sales ads for stores like WalMart, Target and Best Buy.  We can expect the same thing in 2012 as these continue to be the most popular big box retailers.  If you are looking to avoid shopping malls and outlets malls there is a good chance you will be shopping at a big box retailer.  As the sales ads are released I will make sure to document them on this area of the page.  It is often the case that the early leaks will take place at the end of October and beginning of November.  Best Buy, WalMart and Target usually leak their sales ads around November 5th through the 12th. I will attempt to link the Black Friday sales ad and the release date as we get much closer to November of 2012.  You can expect to see plenty of great deals as these retailers are looking to build on the momentum of the first half of 2012.  Retail sales have picked up in the last several months and retailers do not want to miss out on an opportunity to gain even more customers.  This is a great reason to consider shopping on Black Friday in 2012.

Deals on Black Friday Morning Only

Those who have never shopped on Black Friday must understand that the best deals will only be available until 11:00 am, noon or 1:00 pm.  There will be sales and deals all weekend but the best offers will only be available in the early morning.  Some retailers opened up at 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm on Thanksgiving night last year but do not expect to see this again.  WalMart and other retailers took a lot of criticism for opening up on Thanksgiving Day.  Toys R Us has done this for years but they don’t have nearly as many employees as WalMart and Target.  I would highly doubt that most major retailers will open before midnight on Black Friday 2012.

That being said, we never know what may happen with the global economy between now and then.  If retail sales plummet and retailers are looking to get more business then they may take drastic measure to open up very early.  Only time will tell.

Apply for Big Lots Credit Card in Stores

Unlike most retailers, Big Lots does not offer a credit card application online.  If you are looking to apply for this type of card you will need to go to the store and ask to speak to a manager about an HSBC Big Lots Credit Card.  When looking at the chart of who can qualify for a Big Lots credit card it looks as if Bad Credit and No Credit borrowers are going to have trouble qualifying.  A user review on CreditKarma.com stated that a 670 credit score was declined as the Big Lots manager said it takes a credit score over 700.  Note that this is not always going to be the case as some individuals with a credit score below 650 may be able to qualify for this line of credit.

Make sure to take a little bit of time to get to know the manager before submitting your application.  If you are very friendly with the manager and you have been in the store several times you might get a strong recommendation.  You may also want to compliment him or her on how much you love shopping at their store.  If the credit card application does not go through you may be taking money out of their pocket as their salary or bonus could decrease with less sales.  Although most will think one person cannot make a difference this is untrue.

If you get a Big Lots credit card you will probably shop there more often and bring your friends and family members.  In essence, they are not adding just one new customer.  They are adding many new customers if you are getting the type of prices you are looking for.  We all know that Big Lots furniture and mattress prices are extremely low but we also need some great customer service to continue to go to the stores each week.  If you are getting terrible customer service at your local Big Lots store there is a chance that you will pass it up for WalMart, KMart or Target the next time you head out the door.

Getting Sales on Mattresses and Furniture

I made a great website devoted to just sales and deals on Big Lots furniture and mattresses and you can check it out here.  Make sure to check out the popular mattress models including Simmons and Serta.  These are two of the biggest names in bedroom mattresses and you may be able to get them at 50% of the price you would see at Mattress Firm or Mattress Warehouse.  If you go to HHGregg or RC Willey you might see very high prices as these retailers cannot compete with the low prices of Big Lots.  That being said, always remember to shop around for great furniture and mattress prices.  Some of the popular furniture names offered at Big Lots include Signature Design by Ashley®, Simmons, Stratolounger® The Big One!, Sauder and Ameriwood.

Credit Card Interest Rates in 2012

When looking to borrow money through credit it is very important to remember that interest rates will end up being very important.  If you are going to carry a balance on a Big Lots Credit Card then I would suggest trying to get the lowest interest rate possible.  Unfortunately, you will likely not get the opportunity to negotiate a lower interest rate with the Big Lots manager.  HSBC will end up deciding what interest rate will be applied to this retail credit card.

It is important to remember that retail credit cards often have very high interest rates.  Some retail credit cards have interest rates in excess of 30%.  If you plan on carrying a $1000 balance on this credit card you will end up paying $300 in interest every single year.  This is money that is basically getting flushed down the drain.  If you would have made the Big Lots purchase with cash you would have ended up saving $300 that could have gone towards other purchases.  This is a monthly car payment for many people.

When looking for the best credit card for your situation it is good to sit down with a financial calculator and determine if a low interest rate or a rewards credit card is best.  Most of the time, a low interest rate credit card is the best way to go.  Even if you are getting great rewards on your retail credit card these rewards can be outweighed by the interest that will accumulate over time.  You will need to get $300 in rewards points if you have a balance of $1000 at 30% interest.  Although $1000 seems like a lot of money it can add up quickly if you shop at Big Lots more than twice a month.  This is a good reason to budget your money as well.

Different Craigslist Tampa Locations in Florida

Remember that the Craigslist Tampa subdomain is broken up into Tampa areas.  The areas are Hernando County, Hillsborough County, Pasco County, and Pinellas County. You also have the opportunity to search all of Craigslist Tampa if you do not want to drill down to your specific area. Taking the time to localize your Craigslist search might be a good option as you do not want to drive all the way across town which could be up to an hour. It is also recommended that you look at the location listed on the particular Craigslist ad. Most of the ads that have been uploaded list the particular area of the vehicle.

Doing a little bit of extra research on these price points could allow you to save thousands of dollars in the long run. Negotiating will be much easier if you know what prices have been available in the past.

Finding Craigslist Tampa Cars Under $1000

Every single year millions of Americans look for a cheap summer driving vehicle.  Rather than putting stress on your car or truck you may want to get an old Honda Accord or Toyota Camry to take on those long trips.  Thrifty shoppers will look for Craigslist Tampa Cars under $1000 in hopes of saving quite a bit of money.  Luckily, there are a few options available but remember that most of these cheap cars will not run much longer.

By accessing the By-Owner Only section of Craigslist Tampa you will be able to find some older model cars and trucks.  Make a mental note that it is going to be very difficult to find a running truck under $1000.  I would shoot for anywhere under $2500 for a running truck.  Here are some of the very low prices I found on April 16th 2012 on the For Sale By Owner only section of Tampa Craigslist:

All of these vehicles have over 100k miles and some have engine problems.  If you are very good with cars and vehicles then it might be worth it to invest the $1000 or $2000.  Remember that none of these cars are going to have a warranty so when they die they are pretty much done.  This is the risk of buying a very cheap vehicle.  That being said, if you are only going to use it for a couple months there is no reason to worry about longevity.

I would suggest getting to know the seller a little bit before going through with any Craigslist for sale by owner transaction.  Unfortunately, there have been many scams and crimes committed on Craigslist.org and you do not want to be a victim.  If a seller is unwilling to talk to you on the phone or meet in a public place then it would be wise to try another option.  There are hundreds of for sale by owner listings uploaded every day on Craigslist Tampa so do not chase a sketchy offer.

EMail Communication Through Craigslist Tampa

There might be some Craigslist Tampa used car listings that only allow you to contact them only through email.  If there is no phone number listed on the classified ad then it would be recommended to proceed with caution.  There are scams that get buyers to send money via Western Union or Cashiers Check.  If any seller wants you do to this you must walk away.  This have become very common with appliances, furniture, sporting event tickets and cars.

This is why it is recommended to talk to the seller on the phone or meet them in person.  The ability for a seller to scam a buyer that they have met face to face is much more different.  If all of the sellers are unwilling to meet face to face then you probably know that it is the same person uploading some amazing deals that are really too good to be true.

Millions of people in the United States search for Craigslist cars under $1500 or Craigslist Cars under $1000 in hopes of finding some smoking hot deals.  The same is true for Kijiji in Canada.  When looking for a very affordable sedan it might be best to arrange the price column from lowest to highest.  Unfortunately, this could mean that you will get car parts and car accessories for $40 or $60.  Rather than going through this trouble it would be smart to simply put in the name of the car and look for older models.

I have listed several older model sedans from April 15th that are below $3000.  If you are looking for a car that costs less than $1000 then you may have to be very patient.  This is not to say that there aren’t some low priced cars under $1000 available but they are not all over the front page when searching for a specific model.  Note that you can select a year range and a price range on the left hand side of the Kijiji search.  Try a specific vehicle and then grind down into a certain price range that suits your needs.  This could help you save quite a bit of time.  You could end up scrolling through 10 or 20 pages of cars if you didn’t know that this search feature existed.

Negotiating When Buying a For Sale By Owner

When making a used car purchase it might be wise to consider a for sale by owner.  Most owners are willing to part ways with their vehicle for an affordable price as they need the money.  When used car dealerships are trying to sell a vehicle you might have a little bit of a harder time negotiating a lower price.  With this in mind, I would suggest looking for those Kijiji cars that are being sold by individuals rather than companies.

Most of the time people are looking to sell their vehicle because they need a little extra money or they no longer have a use for the car.  Many of these sellers are not going to sit and negotiate with buyers for weeks.  In fact, I would be very surprised if they did not accept a cash offer that was 15% to 25% below their listing on Kijiji.  Sellers on Kijiji often throw up a price that is a little bit high anyway.  By accessing Kelley Blue Book of other used car resources you will be able to much better understand how much a specific vehicle is worth.  Note that the private seller price is usually a little bit higher than they trade in value.  If you are really thrifty and love to negotiate then you should try to get the value that is much closer to the trade in value.  Once again, cash will go a very long way when making a used car purchase in the Edmonton area.

One of the best things to do when making a car purchase is to walk away.  If you offer a seller $3000 and they are not willing to take it then simply walk away.  They will have time to sleep on the offer and it will be very hard to turn away $3000 of cold hard cash.  It might be hard to walk away at times but it is one of the best methods to get lower prices when buying any type of product.  This doesn’t work very well at stores that have prices set in stone but it works extremely well when making a vehicle purchase.  Remember that they need the money just as badly as you need the vehicle.

These are always the most popular product categories so I will start with them.  I may expand into other categories such as tablets, smartphones and shoes but that will come later.  Note that each category has specific retailers that offer these products.  I will try to document some of the most popular retailers and brands for each product.  As we inch closer to October and Columbus Day I will try to highlight some of the best deals offered.  Some of these deals may only be available online while other sales may be offered in stores.

Columbus Day Car Sales 2012

A three day weekend allows car buyers the opportunity to do plenty of research and looking around.  In my Memorial Day Sales 2012 article I documented a strategy to use on a three day or four day weekend.  By scrolling to the bottom of that article you will get a better understanding of ways to play the game of car buying.  Remember that walking away from the first offer may be the best decision you ever make when it comes to buying a new or used vehicle in October of 2012.

Most of the popular names (Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Nissan, Toyota, Chrysler, Jeep, Honda and Hyundai) will all be offering some major deals during the holiday weekend.  Luckily, there are plenty of options available in most areas.  If you live close to multiple car dealerships I suggest checking out a few of them before putting any money down on a car, truck, SUV or van.  Use these dealerships against each other and get an even lower offer.

Most of the car salesmen in the area will know who their competitors are.  If you mention the name of a competitor then some salesmen will immediately lower their price just to beat the guy down the street.  This does not always work but it never hurts to get a few quotes from multiple dealerships within a 50 mile or 100 mile radius.  Gas prices are getting expensive but if you can save thousands of dollars on a new car purchase the money paid for gas will be well worth it.

It is still too early to tell what types of deals will be offered on Columbus Day weekend but we can expect to see 125% of Kelley Blue Book Value or $1000, $2000 or $3000 cash for a trade in.  Before assuming that these are amazing deals recognize that your current vehicle is worth something.  Check out the private seller value and do your best to get something close to this price.  It will not be easy but you never know until you give it a good effort.

Columbus Day Furniture Sales 2012

The furniture industry is a very interesting retail industry in that local furniture stores still dominate most markets.  Although WalMart, Target, Best Buy, Sears, JCPenney, and Macys have all jumped into the furniture industry it is still the case that many shoppers are looking for the small town name.  There are some huge furniture distribution companies like IKEA and Rooms to Go but it is still the case that many look for the furniture store own by a local individual.

Shopping for furniture during major sales events can be a little bit more difficult than HD TVs, appliances and smartphones.  Most people simply go to the big names to look for those items but they need to drill down their search when picking out new or used furniture.  Furniture is something that is built to last and most people do not want to have to buy furniture every few years.  This is one of the main reasons that local furniture stores continue to do well.  The furniture purchased at some of the bigger names tends to be self assembly and it does not last as long.

There are hundreds of small furniture stores throughout the United States.  I do not have the time to go over each and every name but feel free to post some of the better deals in the comments.  I will try to do some research most of the names mentioned.  After this research I will add the best sales and deals to the body of this article.  I will continue to allow all the comments to stay at the bottom of the page.  If you own a local furniture store or distribution center feel free to give yourself some publicity.

Columbus Day Tire Sales 2012

Local tire shops are not fairing as well as furniture stores.  Major names like WalMart, Sears, Discount Tire and Just Tires gain market share each and every year and this is causing the small name shops to struggle.  Discount Tire offers a deal that will allow customers to bring in any price quote and they will beat it.  This is nearly impossible for the small guys and girls to compete with.  Even though this is true it might still be a good idea to check out some of the local tire deals during Columbus Day weekend.

Most of the bigger names like Sears, Discount Tire and Just Tires will offer a mail in rebate or mail in gift card on the purchase of four tires.  These rebates are usually in the range of $50 or $100 but they can get even higher for those willing to shop around.  Sams Club, Costco and BJs Wholesale are three major warehouse clubs that offer some great deals on tires as well.  I would suggest checking out some of their prices before assuming that WalMart or Sears has the best price.  I would also suggest shopping around to different areas to see if small owners are willing to match prices.  It might be hard to negotiate with some of these small tires shops but if they hope to stay in business they must compete on pricing.

Weberstown Mall Black Friday Sales 2012

Sherwood Mall Black Friday Sales 2012

An alternative to the Weberstown Mall is the Sherwood Mall.  Once again, this is a true indoor shopping mall with a Macys department store but the mall also features outdoor big box retailers Best Buy, Petco, Ulta and Home Goods.  We all know just how busy Best Buy can get on Black Friday so I would suggest checking out the parking situation before heading out after Thanksgiving.  If you usually park at the Best Buy location then you can forget about getting a spot on Black Friday morning.

Each and every year the lines at Best Buy start right after Thanksgiving dinner.  In fact, in recent years, some Best Buy locations have seen shoppers line up starting on Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  It is hard to argue with a HD TV that is only $199 or a laptop under $200.  These are some of the offers that Best Buy tends to promote after Thanksgiving.  That being said, there are many other stores in the Sherwood Mall that will catch the eye of customers.  Here are some of the more popular stores located in the mall:

When trying to come up with the best strategy to shop on Black Friday it is sometimes best to go with what is familiar.  If you have shopped at the Sherwood Mall for years there is no reason to deviate from what you know.  It will make life much easier as you will know what stores to visit and what stores to avoid.

Best Buy Black Friday Sales 2012

I mentioned the Best Buy location at Sherwood Mall but recognize that this is not the only Best Buy in the Stockton, CA area.  There is also a Best Buy location at 405 Century Boulevard, Pittsburg, CA and 2550 Naglee Road, Tracy, CA.  These locations are both a short drive from Stockton and might even be closer if you live south or west of downtown Stockton.  Make sure to use Maps.Google.com to see which location is closest to you.

Trying to come up with the Best Buy that will be the least busy is quite difficult.  Many would think that Best Buy locations in smaller towns would be less busy but this is sometimes not the case.  You are not the only person who has used this strategy.  Many others are thinking the same thing and they stream to the smaller locations.  Unfortunately, some of these smaller locations are understaffed because they are not predicting a huge Black Friday event.  With this in mind, it is sometimes worth it to go to the busy locations as you will know they have plenty of staff members on call or working on the morning after Thanksgiving.

When the Best Buy Black Friday sales are released I will do an entire article on the opportunities.  I will also post some of the highlights on this particular page.  Look for great deals on HD TVs, laptops, tablets, appliances and home theatre.  There is no reason to pay full price for electronics around Christmas time as there will be sales galore both online and in stores.

Retailers can make it very attractive to take out a credit card as they offer tons of incentives.  In April 2012 Belk is currently offering the follow on a new credit card application:

• $10 Belk Rewards Dollars – $10 Belk Rewards Dollars for every 400 points which is about 2.5% Rewards
• 35 Exclusive Savings Days – Cardholders will get 35 Special Days each year
• Double Points Events – Exclusive Elite Members can get Triple Points to earn rewards much faster

All of these “specials” or “offers” make it tempting to sign up for that brand new Belk Rewards card.  I would advise sleeping on this decision.  Most Belk employees are trained to ask customers to fill out at a credit card application at the counter during the time of their purchase.  This is very smart on Belk’s part because they know that customers do not like to think through decisions when they are rushed.  If they can save a few dollars on a purchase then there is a high likelihood that they will fill out the application then and there.

Even though you could save a few dollars at the time of purchase you may end up spending much more in the long run.  If you have a 30% interest rate on your Belk Credit Card and you hold a $500 balance you will end up paying $84.92 over the course of the year (in interest).  That couple dollars you saved at the register is now flushed down the drain and that is only if you have a $500 balance.  If you rack up a $5000 balance you will pay over $840 in interest over the course of the year.

This is why it is always smart to sit down with a financial calculator and go over all options before signing on the dotted line or hitting submit for the Belk Rewards GE Capital Credit Card.  If you are a cardholder that pays off your balance every month then it would be very smart to take advantage of this type of credit card.

Paying Off a Balance and Earning Rewards Points

Most thrifty Americans realize that paying off the balance on a credit card is a very wise financial decision.  In fact, paying off a credit card each and every month could end up saving you thousands of dollars over the course of a year.  Rather than paying high interest rates of 20% or 25% it would be smart to pay off these balances and reap the rewards of the benefits.  As I pointed out earlier, there are plenty of great rewards benefits for a Belk Credit Card but they will only be helpful if you do not pay the high interest rate every single month.

One way to make certain that the Belk Rewards GE Capital Credit Card is paid down every month is to only spend money that has been earned.  This is very difficult for many American households to do as they have been taught to buy on credit.  Every major purchase we make in our lives is made on credit.  When we buy a home we get a mortgage which is credit.  When we buy a car we get an auto loan which is credit.  When we buy a brand new HD TV there is a good chance that we will swipe the credit card.  Having the ability to change this way of thinking can be quite difficult.

Locations Around Atlanta with Used Cars for Sale

Although people will search Atlanta.Craigslist.org it is important to note that many of these vehicles are not in Atlanta.  The Atlanta Metro area is very big and there are suburbs hundreds of miles out.  When looking at Craigslist Atlanta cars and trucks you may want to check the actual location of the vehicle.  Here are some of the more popular locations posted on Craigslist Atlanta:

Craigslist Atlanta Trucks Under $2000

After doing quite a bit of research I have found that there are options to buy a used truck under $2000.  In the April 9th listings above I found a 1994 Dodge Ram and a 2000 Ford F150 for exactly $2000.  There was a listing for a 1994 Ford Ranger Pickup at $2500 so you may be able to negotiate this price down if you have cash.  It is very important to remember that you often get what you pay for when it comes to Craigslist car and truck shopping.   There are plenty of amazing deals but do not think that you are going to get a vehicle that will get another 150K plus miles for less than $2000.

Most of the trucks that are less than $2000 are on their last legs.  If you are a mechanic or very good with vehicles then you may get a few extra miles out of this truck but regular car and truck shoppers cannot expect to find a diamond in the rough every single time.  That being said, if you are very patient and willing to wait for the right deal to pop up then you should be able to take advantage of sellers.

For Sale By Owner Cash Transaction on Craigslist

Make sure to check out the For Sale by Owner only section of Craigslist Atlanta before moving forward to the dealers section.  The for sale by owner only section will offer some very impressive price points on older vehicles.  Make a mental note that these sellers are looking to get rid of the vehicle so you will likely be able to negotiation much lower prices.  Taking the extra time to research other like vehicles on AutoTrader, CarMax and local used car websites would be very useful when it comes to the negotiation process.  It is also suggested that you have cash in hand when ready to make a deal.

I would never suggest carrying around thousands of dollars but you might want to mention to the seller that you can go to the bank right now to pick up the money.  This will get the seller very interested and they will likely look to offer the vehicle at a discount.  Any type of cash transaction almost always allows buyers to save money.

Many of the sellers on Craigslist do not want to go through the financing process.  If you are going to get a bank loan then you will probably need to complete the process outside of the seller.  Most sellers do not want to get paid month by month.  This means that you will need to get a bank loan and give the seller the entire amount.  You will then pay the loan amount back to the bank over the course of time.  There are many bad credit bank loan options in the state of Georgia but make sure to remember that the interest rate could be very high on a bad credit loan.  Before taking out money to buy a truck or car on Craigslist it might be best to improve a credit history.

The best way to truly improve a credit history is to pay down all high interest rate debts.  If you have personal loans or credit cards that have interest rates in the 20% or 30% range then it would be smart to pay some of these down.  If this is impossible with your current financial situation then you may want to consider options including installment loans or personal loans.  I would never suggest taking out a payday loan to make a down payment or any type of payment on a new or used vehicle.   This could cause huge financial problems in the near future.
